1. FRAMES: Constructed of 3/4" solid pine, maple, oak, hickory or cherry. Stiles and rails are pre-drilled and screwed together for additional strength.
2. DOORS: Constructed of 3/4" solid pine, maple, oak, hickory or cherry. Rails and stiles utilize a double-sided cope joint as well as being glued by hand and stapled.
3. DRAWERS: Constructed of 3/4" pine. Drawer box is assembled using a dovetail joint. Drawer box is dadoed to accept birch drawer bottom. The drawer bottom is stapled to the drawer for additional strength. Drawer travels on epoxy coated, side mounted, 100 pound rated drawer system. Drawer head is solid or glued up 3/4" pine, maple, oak, hickory or cherry.
4. BASE FLOORS AND WALL BACKS: 12mm plywood.
5. WALL FLOORS-CEILINGS: 12mm plywood.
6. SHELVES: 18 mm plywood. Front edge banded.
7. WALL SIDES, BASE SIDES, VANITY SIDES: 12mm plywood unless specified finished side then 1/2" thick plywood with veneer on both sides.
8. BASE BACKS: 12mm plywood.
9. TOE KICKS: 12mm plywood.
